Photo 101, Natural World

This subject couldn’t have come at a better time. Today was the first decent day to play outside. I asked the kids, “Wanna go for a hike?”

“Nah.”

“How about I get out the swings?”

“Um, not right now.”

What a bunch of butts. But then I noticed something I knew they wouldn’t be able to resist. “Looks like we’ve got some good puddles out there. What d’say we go jump in those?”

They were dressed and out the door before I could grab my camera!

So here’s our “Natural World”. At least something good can come of that horrible, rotten, no-good, freezing snow.

Fun little shape in a puddle

Drip, drip, drop
Drip, drip, drop
Possibly the funnest way to connect with nature (on a school night, when Mommy hasn't showered, and she still needs to figure out what's for dinner.)

Thanks for stopping by!
